2. When you call a kiddo over on the playground to tell them to stop doing something inappropriate or dangerous and they are screaming, “It wasn’t me,” before you even talk about it…
and my #1 pet peeve of all blasted time is:
#1 (Wait for it…) When kids step on my toes! Literally step on them- with those darling new Twinkle Toes, or boots, or those Skechers light up numbers…I always say, back up and watch the toes!

Mandy, I totally agree with #3! I always tell my kids, "Okay, what are you going to do about that?" and they just kind of look at me sheepishly and come up with an answer. Argh!
Also, I saw that your name is Mandy Taylor...that used to be my maiden name! Haha, cool coincidence! Happy blogging!
I wonder how many times my school age child has stepped on his teacher's toes....haha! I'm not a teacher so it's good to know the pet peeves so I can work on them with my kids at home.
Currently, it is the constant humming that sounds more like whining or moaning . . . not melodic or pleasant at all! If it's not whining, it's clicking, slurping or general mouth sounds that are very contagious.
