Background!

I finally found a cute background I like for this blog! It may still change a hundred times, but for now this will work! I have found such fun things as I've been "blog stalking" this summer! I can't wait to share some of them with all of my teacher friends!

Book List

I found Shelfari today- a fun widget (just learned that word) that will appear as a bookshelf on my blog to show you books that I have read. These may be professional books that I've read or children's books that I've read with the kiddos. What a fun tool!

Blog crazy!

I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure out this blogging thing! I'd love to have it up and running before school starts in the fall. I have blogs open on three different sites, trying to find the one that best fits me and my personality! Here goes nothing...

Summer!

So, I finished my end of year checklist today and handed my sign-out sheet to our assistant principal. I know it's strange, but it's really depressing to close down a classroom for the summer. It was so blank and bare. I can't wait to get in there as soon as possible to work on a new design for my first graders!
